So, how does it work?

Discovery

We’ll discuss your project and goals to ensure a Design Day is the best fit for your project.

Then we share an estimate of what we can get done in a day. We’ll share our availability and get your day scheduled.

This is not a video-call intensive but we do need to be able to reach you for feedback and questions during our day.

Prep & strategy

We schedule a strategy call to walk through your priority list in detail and ensure we have everything we need for a successful Design Day. We’ll walk through our process in detail and what to expect.

We ask that your priority list includes details like copy, dimensions and file types so we can hit the ground running.

Your Design Day

In the morning we send over a note that we’ve started! We typically share progress around lunchtime. We’ll apply that feedback and continue working through your project for the rest of the day.

We'll keep you updated on progress throughout the day and at the end share your completed project!

Support after

Once we’ve completed our day together, you’ll have 30 days of follow up support via e-mail.

We’re available if you find yourself confused or stuck on anything related to the work that we accomplished.
